Krista has attended Bayou Blue Assembly since 2011 and has been on staff since June 2019. She is a graduate of SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. Now that she’s done with the bachelor’s program, she hopes to continue on in her pursuit of a theological education through SUM’s master’s degree program.

At this time, Krista serves as a vocalist on Bayou Blue Assembly’s worship team. In December 2020, Krista and her husband Brian became our pastors over Youth and Remnant (Young Adult Ministry). Brian and Krista teach the young adults how to actively live out their faith in Jesus. They are honored to have the opportunity to speak into their lives and are excited to see them grow and develop into godly men and women who love the Lord and have a passion to reach the lost.

Ultimately, Krista desires to teach and to raise up leaders who love the Word of God and who walk in the authority that Christ has given them. She says that she is incredibly humbled and thankful that God has allowed her to serve His people. Her prayer is that all would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
