Dylan has been attending Bayou Blue Assembly since August of 2020. He grew up in the Assembly of God fellowship and has been credentialed since 2017. He was called to ministry in 9th grade and has prior ministry experience as he was a student pastor in Biloxi, MS from 2018-2020. He moved to Houma in 2020 after God called him to pursue his master’s degree with SUM. It was here that God plugged him into mentors that invested in his life and played key roles in the revolution of his thinking and approach to his faith.
Dylan has a passion to see the spirit of religion to be broken in all people as it is being broken in him daily. He believes that discipleship life processes help people discover their identity and giftings in Christ will empower them to walk in their authority and impact the world around them.
Dylan desires to see junior high students become servants of Christ with no limits to how deep they can go. He wants to help them discover their identity and know their value so that they will be able to walk daily in the life God has for them. He believes this can be done through one-on-one mentorship, collective hangouts, and peer discussions with other students striving to also be like Jesus.
Dylan loves the vision at Bayou Blue and believes that every person has an opportunity to be discipled properly in this body.
